# What is DashPledge?

DashPledge is an online fundraising platform designed to help schools, parent organizations, teachers, students, and families run and participate in fundraising campaigns.

Schools and organizations can manage their fundraiser in one place, while families can create and share personalized fundraising pages with friends, relatives, and supporters.

## How does DashPledge work?

A school or organization starts a fundraising campaign and invites teachers, students, and families to participate.

Depending on the type of fundraiser, participants may be able to track activities such as reading minutes, movement, or other campaign goals while collecting donations from supporters.

Parents can claim their child's fundraiser, personalize the fundraising page, follow progress, and share the page with family and friends.

Teachers can help manage participating students and monitor classroom progress, while organizers can oversee the overall campaign.

## What types of fundraisers can use DashPledge?
