By using DashPledge, LLC you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

1. Use of DashPledge, LLC
DashPledge, LLC provides online fundraising tools for schools, teams, clubs, community groups, and organizers. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and honesty of all campaign content.

2. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers agree to:
– Provide accurate fundraiser information
– Use donations only for the stated fundraising purpose
– Avoid misleading, false, fraudulent, or unlawful campaigns
– Respond to donor questions when appropriate
– Follow all applicable laws, school rules, tax rules, and fundraising regulations

3. Donations
Donations are voluntary payments made by donors to support a fundraiser. DashPledge, LLC does not guarantee fundraising results, donation volume, or campaign success.

4. Platform Fees
DashPledge, LLC does not charge a platform fee unless otherwise stated. Payment processors may charge transaction fees. Donors may be offered the option to leave a voluntary tip to help support DashPledge.

5. Payment Processing
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe or PayPal. By donating or creating a fundraiser, you agree to the applicable terms of those payment providers. DashPledge, LLC is not responsible for payment processor outages, declined payments, processing delays, or provider fees.

6. Payouts
Payout timing may depend on payment processor rules, verification requirements, banking delays, risk reviews, chargebacks, or account restrictions. DashPledge, LLC does not guarantee instant access to funds.

7. Refunds and Chargebacks
Donations are generally final unless otherwise required by law or approved by the fundraiser organizer or payment processor. Chargebacks, disputes, or reversed payments may reduce the funds available to a campaign.

8. Prohibited Campaigns
You may not use DashPledge, LLC for:
– Fraudulent or misleading fundraisers
– Illegal activities
– Hate, harassment, violence, or discriminatory content
– Adult, gambling, drug-related, weapon-related, or restricted activities
– Any activity prohibited by Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors

9. Content Ownership
Organizers retain ownership of their submitted content but grant DashPledge, LLC permission to display, host, and promote campaign content as needed to operate the platform.

10. Account Suspension
DashPledge, LLC may suspend, remove, or restrict campaigns or accounts that violate these Terms, payment processor rules, legal requirements, or platform safety standards.

11. No Tax or Legal Advice
DashPledge, LLC does not provide tax, financial, fundraising, or legal advice. Organizers should consult their own advisors when needed.

12. Limitation of Liability
DashPledge, LLC is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DashPledge, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of DashPledge, LLC after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
